Data Export

Exportable Content​

The following data types are currently supported for export:

  • Pipetting logs
  • Calibration logs

Export Scope​

Supports single-device export or batch export.

Export Methods​

The device supports two export methods:

Method 1: USB Flash Drive Export​

Export local data to an external storage device via USB flash drive.

  • Supported formats: FAT32, exFAT
  • Supported file formats: .xlsx, .csv
  • Exported files include timestamps for archiving purposes
  • Re-export is supported
  • USB flash drive export does not require a network connection

Export Steps:

  1. Insert the USB flash drive
  2. Tap "Export Data"
  3. Enter the export page
  4. If a USB flash drive is detected, available drives will be listed
  5. Select a drive and proceed with export
  6. A success message will appear on screen when the export is complete

Method 2: Web Export​

The device supports downloading log files via a web page within the local network.

Requirements:

  • The computer and the Pette Hub Smart Chamber must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network
  • After selecting Web Export, the device will display an access address, e.g.: http://192.168.1.100
  • Use a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari

Export Steps:

  1. Tap "Export Data"
  2. Enter the export page
  3. Select Web Export
  4. Note the access address displayed on the device screen
  5. Access the address from a computer on the same local network
  6. Download the log files from the web page

If the address cannot be accessed, please check:

  • Whether the computer and device are on the same wireless network
  • Whether the current network connection is working properly
  • Whether the address was entered correctly
