System Update

Update Method​

System updates are performed via OTA (over-the-air) and require an active network connection.

Update Features​

The system update page supports:

  • Automatic update check
  • Scheduled overnight update: On / Off
  • Update notifications: On / Off
  • View current system version
  • Receive new firmware push notifications

Update Precautions​

Please note the following during updates:

  • Keep the pipettes in their slots and ensure stable power supply during the update
  • Do not disconnect power during the update
  • Interrupting the update may cause device errors or damage
  • System updates typically take several minutes, depending on firmware size and network conditions

Update Behavior​

  • Updates do not interrupt device recharging
  • If an update fails, rollback is supported — place the device back into its slot to retry the update
